Signs your water heater needs attention

Water heater problems we fix

No hot water at all burner, pilot, element or control.
Hot water runs out fast a part may have failed, or the heater may be too small for the house now.
Water around the base of the tank a fitting, valve or the tank itself may be leaking.
Rusty or discolored hot water
Popping or rumbling from the tank – often sediment.
Relief valve dripping or letting go call us; never cap or plug it.
Pilot won’t stay lit on a gas water heater.
Water too hot or not hot enough even after adjusting.

Smell gas? Leave the house right away and call 911 or your gas utility from outside.

If a CO alarm sounds, get everyone outside and call 911.

Never plug or cap a water heater’s relief valve.
