Important notes

  • Schedule your yearly tune-up by the first week of November so it’s done before the heating season gets busy. After that, tune-ups are booked as openings allow.
  • The No Run-Out Guarantee applies to Gold Plan accounts in good standing. Ice, snow or other severe weather can delay deliveries.
  • Silver Plan: Not on automatic delivery? If your heating system needs a repair because your tank ran out of oil, that repair is billed at our regular rates and isn’t discounted under the plan.
